Meet the coaches in your corner.
Meet Taylor
PHYSICAL THERAPIST + STRENGTH COACH
10+ YEARS COACHING
6 YEARS AS A PRACTICING PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Taylor works with everyone from teenage athletes to professionals to grandparents who have absolutely no intention of slowing down.
She's especially passionate about helping people keep training around pain instead of putting their entire athletic life on hold, with a particular interest in ACL and post-surgical rehab.
Taylor grew up playing soccer and basketball and now spends her free time climbing, snowboarding, and getting into the backcountry.
She's also had five orthopedic surgeries herself, so she understands firsthand that rehab isn't only physically difficult. It can mess with your confidence, identity, and relationship with your sport too.
Current side quest:
She bought a 25-year-old F250 so she can throw a camper on it and spend even more time outside.
She also has a rescue pup named Huck ("huck and pray"), who apparently has his own cat named Newton.
Yes. Like the unit of force.

Meet Becky
CLIMBING COACH + LIFELONG ATHLETE
CLIMBING SINCE 2000
NATIONAL-LEVEL COMPETITOR
5.13+ CLIMBER
M.S. IN SCIENCE EDUCATION
Before climbing, Becky was a college soccer goalkeeper.
That background shows up in the way she climbs and coaches: stay calm, read what's happening, make good decisions, and trust yourself under pressure.
She's a single-pitch specialist at heart, with decades of experience in sport and trad climbing plus plenty of time spent bouldering and on multipitch routes.
Her superpowers?
Endurance + a very, very solid mental game.
Climbing has been part of Becky's life for more than two decades, but she's also intentional about making sure it isn't her entire life.
Outside of climbing, you'll find her:
Gravel + mountain biking
Backcountry skiing
Hiking with her two dogs
Gardening
Nerding out about food + sustainable food systems
She also cares deeply about fueling athletes appropriately for what we're asking our bodies to do.
Her coaching style is patient, curious, steady, and grounded.
Also, her two favorite climbing areas are the Red River Gorge and Ten Sleep, which tells you she apparently refuses to choose a climbing style.
Meet TOM
SPORTS NUTRITIONIST
CERTIFIED SPORTS NUTRITIONIST (CISSN)
PRECISION NUTRITION L1
PERSONAL TRAINING DIPLOMA
ADVANCED STUDY IN ACT, PBT, ERP + NEURODIVERGENT-AFFIRMING PRACTICE
Tom left the tech world in 2019 to coach full time and has since worked with 450+ climbers around the world across more than 4,000 hours of video calls.
His work sits at the intersection of climbing performance, nutrition, behavior change, psychology.
Rather than treating nutrition or training like a list of rules to obey, Tom is deeply interested in why humans do what they do and how we build systems that actually work in real life.
Tom contains multitudes.
He is a:
Board climber
Brazilian Zouk + Lambada dancer
Pole dancer
Techno clubber
He's also part of the team behind Lab, a collaborative community platform, and is developing his own Zouk teaching curriculum.
Tom is one of those people who can get very deep into a subject, pull it apart from six different angles, and then help you figure out what actually matters for you.
You don't have to figure out which coach you need before reaching out.
Tell us what you're working toward, what's getting in the way, and where you want help.
We'll help match you with the right coach.
Strength.
Climbing performance.
Rehab.
Training around pain/injury
Nutrition.
Or finally putting all the pieces together.
